TAB accreditation of laboratories
Since the TAB is responsible for accrediting
laboratories to provide suitable clinical
scientist training schemes, a list of
laboratories is provided on this page
indicating their current status with regard
to accreditation. This will remain in a public domain on the
website so that prospective trainees can be
aware of the status of a laboratory before
they apply to trainee posts.
The TAB also intends to introduce a
system where laboratories apply to the TAB
for monitoring of trainees in individual
posts. Details of how this is to operate
will follow.
